Danko founded Danube Title with a decade of title-industry experience. He began as a title abstractor and advanced into commercial title work, supporting complex transactions valued up to $125 million. His experience includes commercial policies, date-down endorsements, construction loans, and the detailed title research required to move sophisticated real estate transactions forward.

Jeanne Butler
Jeanne brings nearly three decades of title and real estate experience. As a paralegal, she has assisted real estate attorneys and has also supported several title companies through title coordination and vendor management. Her recent work focuses on commercial and residential title abstracting, solar projects, 100-year searches, and detailed title research for land-development transactions.
